Shipping
Shipping prices will be calculated based on the weight of your shipment
and proximity of your location. To help reduce your costs we use UPS Ground
for all of our shipping needs. If your order requires faster service,
you can select any of UPS faster shipping options during the checkout
process.
We have recently negotiated substantial discounts for UPS International shipments. Our International customers will now notice much better shipping prices.
Don't forget each order must be at least $150,
or you must provide evidence that you own a bead store. A photograph of
your storefront and a copy of a recent utility bill from your business
will be required if your order is under $150
Returns
If we have shipped you an item which you did not order or if you received
any defective items, we will gladly accept your return within 10 days
of your receipt. We will either replace the item or issue a credit to
your account.
If you decide to return an item for any other reason, there will be a
15% restocking fee assessed. Please note that we are only able to accept
returns of full bags in this case. If a partial bag of items is returned,
no credit will be given.
If you are returning an item for any reason, please contact
us first. Failure to do so may result in your return being denied.
