If we have shipped you an item which you did not order or if you received any defective items, we will gladly accept your return within 10 days of your receipt. We will either replace the item or issue a credit to your account.

If you decide to return an item for any other reason, there will be a 15% restocking fee assessed. Please note that we are only able to accept returns of full bags in this case. If a partial bag of items is returned, no credit will be given.

If you are returning an item for any reason, please contact us first. Failure to do so may result in your return being denied.
